Ads Dashboard ghép chi tiêu Facebook Ads với đơn hàng Shopify để dựng báo cáo lãi lỗ theo chiến dịch. Bạn chịu trách nhiệm về các tài khoản quảng cáo và store mà bạn kết nối, và về các quyết định ngân sách bạn đưa ra dựa trên báo cáo.
Xử lý dữ liệu thay mặt bạn
- Với dữ liệu khách mua hàng trong đơn Shopify, bạn (merchant) là bên kiểm soát dữ liệu; chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu đó chỉ theo chỉ dẫn của bạn và chỉ để dựng báo cáo cho tài khoản của bạn.
- Chúng tôi chỉ lấy dữ liệu tối thiểu cần cho báo cáo, như mô tả trong Chính sách riêng tư, không bán, không chia sẻ ngoài các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng liệt kê ở đó.
- Bảo mật: kết nối HTTPS; token, đơn hàng đã lưu và báo cáo lưu tạm được mã hoá khi lưu; dữ liệu mỗi tài khoản tách riêng; chỉ người vận hành dịch vụ truy cập máy chủ.
- Xoá: ngắt store hoặc gỡ app thì dữ liệu của store bị xoá theo thời hạn trong Chính sách riêng tư; yêu cầu xoá từ Shopify (customers/redact, shop/redact) được thực hiện tự động.
- Nếu xảy ra sự cố làm lộ dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi báo cho bạn qua email tài khoản ngay khi xác nhận.
Phí
Dịch vụ hiện miễn phí. Nếu sau này có gói trả phí, giá sẽ được thông báo trước và thanh toán qua Shopify cho store cài từ Shopify App Store.
Giới hạn trách nhiệm
Dịch vụ được cung cấp “nguyên trạng”. Số liệu phụ thuộc vào dữ liệu Shopify và Meta trả về; chúng tôi không chịu trách nhiệm cho thiệt hại gián tiếp phát sinh từ việc dùng báo cáo.

Terms of Service (English)
Service. Ads Dashboard joins Facebook Ads spend with Shopify orders to report profit per campaign. You are responsible for the ad accounts and stores you connect and for the budget decisions you make from the reports.
Data processing on your behalf.
- For shopper data contained in Shopify orders, you (the merchant) are the controller; we process it only on your instructions and only to build reports for your account.
- We collect the minimum needed for the reports, as described in the Privacy Policy, and never sell it or share it beyond the infrastructure providers listed there.
- Security: HTTPS in transit; tokens, stored orders and cached reports encrypted at rest; each account's data isolated; server access limited to the service operator.
- Deletion: disconnecting a store or uninstalling the app deletes the store's data on the schedule in the Privacy Policy; Shopify's customers/redact and shop/redact requests are carried out automatically.
- If an incident exposes your data, we notify you at your account email as soon as it is confirmed.
Fees. The service is currently free. Any future paid plan will be announced in advance and, for stores installed from the Shopify App Store, billed through Shopify.
Liability. The service is provided “as is”. Figures depend on the data Shopify and Meta return; we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the reports.
